1Member Eligibility

To register and use ubett's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are an individual with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

• You are not an employee, contractor, or representative of ubett or any of its affiliated companies.

2Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ubett at any one time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

• Registration details provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
• The registered name must match the name on your official identification document.
• Your account password is solely your responsibility and must be kept secure at all times.
• Ubett shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your negligence in safeguarding your password.
• You must notify ubett immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Ubett reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including but not limited to identity cards, passports, bank statements, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

Ubett supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion or hidden fees.

Deposit Limit:

• Minimum deposit: MYR 20 for all payment methods.

7Account Suspension and Closure

• Attempting to exploit system bugs or platform vulnerabilities.
• Use of automation software or unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Involvement in money laundering activities or suspicious transactions.
• Requests from competent legal authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the ubett customer support team. Valid balances will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days once all security checks have been completed.

8Responsible Gambling

10Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ubett shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from or in connection with the use of our platform, including:

• Loss of profits or funds.

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance.

• Unauthorised access not caused by ubett's negligence.

Ubett's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

11Terms Amendment and Governing Law

Continued use of the ubett platform after amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you have the right to close your account before the amendment effective date.
